How long does it take for my orders to arrive?
Orders with payments made through cash-on-delivery and credit cards will be handed for delivery within 48 hours. Our products are usually ready stock, so typically they will be shipped out on the next day after order. However, in the unlikely case of stock shortage, it may take up to 7 business days for new stock updates and your order may be held up to 7 business days. In case for urgent, you may confirm exact stock availability by contacting our customer service. Please note that the mentioned timeframe starts from the date of the transaction payments made via bank transfer or electronic funds transfer (EFT). After orders are shipped, you can find information about the estimated delivery time by contacting the courier company's branch indicated in the SMS sent to your phone. Our company does not intervene in the process after the product is handed over to the courier.
How is your sizing pattern?
Our sizing pattern matches the standard size chart measurement. Some of our designs may be wider yet shoulder measurement is always according to the standard. For this reason, the products you order one size smaller, seeing as bigger, may feel tight on your shoulders or the sleeve length may be short. For this reason, it would be the right choice to order the size that you frequently use in all our models and to consider your shoulder size.
How can I calculate the exact height measurement?
We can help you with this by giving a simple example. A length of dress for a person who is 165 cm tall is 135cm. In this case, for a person who is 170 cm tall, the length of the dress will be 140cm. You can calculate your full height measurement in proportion to these measurements.
How do I return items?
You can ship the product to be returned to us within 14 days, together with its packaging and invoice, provided that the product is undamaged and unused. You should print out your e-archive invoice sent to your e-mail and fill in the relevant fields and send it to us together with the product. You can post the items for free to Sürat Kargo by mentioning the contractual code 126 669 66 31 and EKD TEKSTİL SAN. ve TİC. LTD. ŞTİ to officer. IBAN Information and the name and surname of the person to whom the IBAN belongs must be written on the product invoice in the return of payments made by money order and EFT. Our address information is registered in the cargo company. It is just enough to say that you will send to EKD Tekstil. The shipping cost for the returns you will make with Sürat Kargo is paid by us. Return packages sent to us from different cargo companies with payment on collecting are not accepted. If you are going to send with different cargo, you can find our address information from the contact section.
How can I exchange bought product?
Shopping made from our online selling website is non-exchangeable. We do not accept exchange to avoid problems in the exchange process, as the stock of the product you want may be out of stock during the shipping period. However, if you want to change size or color of the product, you can return the product and re-order the product again on our website in your desired size or color. Refunds for returned products will be paid within 7 working days.
How does refund made after returning product?
Your refund are paid according to your previous payment method (cash/instalment) used. Since the returns are made by automatic systems, the refund is also made according to the payment type of the order you have used in the system. If you used instalment method, refunds are paid in instalment; if you paid upfront, refunds are paid to your card one-off. If you have paid by wire transfer, it will be sufficient to write the name and surname of the person to whom the account belongs and the IBAN information (26-digit account number starting with TR) on your official invoice sent to your e-mail. After items reached us, a notice of your refunds will be given in 7 working days at the latest.
How long does it take to receive refunds after my return package is shipped?
Refund to your credit cards will be given by EKD TEKSTİL SAN. ve TİC. LTD. ŞTİ within 7 working days after receiving your return package. Amount refunded by us to be reflected to your bank account balance may take 1-10 working days depending on your bank.
How much deduction for return products?
If your total order purchase is 800 TL, you will get free shipping campaign. If your order amount is less than 800 TL as a result of your return, or if you have returned all products, the 'free shipping over 800 TL' campaign will be invalid and your refund will be reflected in your account, with 32.90 TL shipping fee deducted from your return amount. If your order is made with the cash-on-delivery option, the shipping fee (32.90 TL) and cash-on-delivery service fee (14.90 TL), a total deduction of 47.80 TL will be deducted.
Can I pay with credit card via Cash-on-delivery?
Yes, as per our agreement with Sürat Kargo, you can make a single withdrawal using credit card at the door. In case there is no POS device with the courier, you can call and inform the branch that will deliver to you before delivery. When we deliver your order to the cargo, a message will be sent to your phone by the cargo automatically. Your tracking number and the name of the branch that will deliver to you are written in this message. With this information, you can contact your branch.
Do you take international order?
Yes, we take orders internationally. Our payment system is compatible for international cards. You can easily make purchase and payment without any hassle using any international bank cards. Alternatively, you may find our bank account information on ‘Payment Methods’ and perform EFT transaction to our account. Generally, orders are shipped out through DHL or FEDEX Cargo on the next day after payment is received. Your tracking number are sent to your entered e-mail address by DHL. Date of delivery is written as ‘expected date delivery’ in the same mail. If there’s no hold at customs, delivery will be made within 1-2 business days to European countries and 2-4 business days to America. Delivery dates vary between 2-5 business days to other continents.
Can I return international purchase?
It is possible to return items for international orders, given that the product must arrive within 14 days starting from the delivered date. However, refunds can only be transferred to banks operating in Turkiye. EFT to banks operating outside Turkiye is not allowed. Return items arrived after 14 days would not be refunded. Shipping fee from outside Türkiye is paid by customers themselves.
