Frequently Asked Questions

When will I receive my order?
For payments made by credit card, your order will be shipped within 48 hours at the latest. Since our products are in stock, they are usually dispatched the next day. However, in rare cases where the item is out of stock, restocking may take up to 7 business days, and the shipping may be delayed accordingly. If your order is urgent, you can contact our customer service team to confirm product availability. For bank transfer (havale/EFT) payments, this period starts from the date your payment is received. Once your order is shipped, you can find out the estimated delivery date by contacting the shipping company listed in the SMS sent to your phone. Please note that our company is not responsible for the delivery process after the package has been handed over to the courier.

How do your sizes fit?
Our sizing is based on standard body measurements. While some models may have a loose fit due to their design, the shoulder measurements always comply with standard sizing. Therefore, ordering a smaller size based solely on a loose appearance may result in tightness at the shoulders or shorter sleeve length. We recommend selecting the size you normally wear and considering your shoulder measurement for the best fit.

How can I measure full dress length?
Here’s a simple example to help: For someone who is 165 cm tall, a full-length dress would be approximately 135 cm. Accordingly, someone who is 170 cm tall would need a 140 cm dress for full length. You can estimate your ideal dress length using this ratio.

How can I make a return?
You can return any unused and undamaged product within 14 days, along with its original packaging and invoice. To start the return process, please complete the return form from your “My Orders” page. After submitting the form, you will receive a code that enables you to send the item free of charge via PTT Cargo. Return shipping with PTT Cargo is free of charge. If you use a different courier, the shipping cost is your responsibility, and packages sent with "cash on delivery" will not be accepted. You can find our address in the "Contact" section if using another courier.

Can I make an exchange?
We do not offer product exchanges for online orders. Since the item you wish to exchange may go out of stock while your return is in transit, we avoid exchanges to prevent issues. Instead, you can return the item and place a new order in the desired size or color. If the returned item is unused and undamaged, a refund will be processed within 7 business days.

How will I receive my refund?
Your refund will be issued using the same payment method you used during checkout (installment or one-time payment). As the process is handled automatically, refunds are made exactly according to the original payment type. If you paid in installments, the refund will be credited in installments. If you paid in full, it will be refunded as a lump sum. For bank transfers, simply include the full name and IBAN of the account holder on the official invoice emailed to you. Once we receive the item, the refund will be initiated within 7 business days.

How long does it take to receive my refund after shipping the return?
Once your return package is delivered to us, your refund will be processed by EKD TEKSTİL SAN. ve TİC. LTD. ŞTİ within 7 business days. The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on your bank and may vary between 1 to 10 business days.

Will there be a deduction from my refund amount after a return?
If your original order total exceeded 1500 TL, you qualified for free shipping. If, after returning items, your remaining order total drops below 1500 TL or if you return all items, the free shipping offer becomes invalid. In such cases, 49.90 TL (or 59.90 TL for Yurtiçi Kargo) will be deducted from your refund.

Can I pay by credit card at the door?
No, we do not offer a cash-on-delivery or card-on-delivery payment option.

Can I order from abroad?
Yes, you can place orders from abroad. Our payment systems accept international credit and debit cards. You may also pay via bank transfer using the account details listed on our “Payment Methods” page. Once your payment is received, your order will typically be shipped the next day via DHL or FedEx. Your tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided. The estimated delivery date will also be included in that email. Barring any customs-related delays, delivery to European countries usually takes 1–2 business days, to the US 2–4 business days, and to other continents 2–5 business days.

Are returns accepted for international orders?
Unfortunately, due to customs regulations and country-specific return policies, we do not accept international returns. This ensures the safety and clarity of our operations and your shopping experience.
However, if the product you received is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. If the issue is confirmed, your refund will be made to a bank account in Turkey. We cannot transfer funds to international bank accounts.

How much is international shipping?
Shipping costs vary depending on your location. Countries are grouped into zones based on distance and frequency of shipping. The shipping cost will be calculated automatically at checkout, based on the delivery address you provide.

When will I hear back about a product sent for inspection?
Items sent to us for quality inspection will be reviewed within 14 days from the date we receive them. You will be informed by email or phone once the evaluation is complete.

What is the turnaround time for alterations?
Products sent in for alterations will be processed and shipped back to you within 25 business days from the date we receive them.
