• Article 5/2(f): Processing is based on the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not violate the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject
• Article 5/1: Processing is carried out with the explicit consent of the data subject for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes

5. Transfer of Personal Data
